Yoga with Sweet Melissa

Join Sweet Melissa in her online yoga practite. She will guide you through a fun and creative Hatha yoga practice. Hatha yoga can improve flexibility, strength, balance, improve breath and help center and calm the mind. Online classes incorporate breath awareness, movement, sound therapy, compassion, friendship and so much more. All classes are for all levels! Beginners are welcomed and encouraged!

Yoga practice is Online Only.
New Yoga practice videos are released on Monday mornings at 7:00 am.
Yoga practices are an hour long, sometimes longer.

Please have a mat, blocks, and strap.

There is a fee of $5.00 per practice.

Once payment is received you will be sent a link for that practice. You can go back to that link as many times as you would like.

Our nerves are shot! The stress of election day is getting to us all. No matter who you vote for I want us all to see the beauty in each other and come to this practice to relieve some of that stress. Grounding into the peace, grounding into the earth and grounding into a place of love. Enjoy this extra long practice by relaxing your mind and letting your body follow.
